great experience but could improve on a few things

The view of the Christmas lights made my New Year's Eve really special. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, room service was fast, and I truly appreciated having a Starbucks available for a morning coffee.

There was some minor noise from nearby rooms during the night.

The pool area feels neglected with a freezing pool and bugs floating around!!! The noise from other guests, especially families with loud children, seriously disrupts the peaceful atmosphere you’d expect at a Hilton!!!

The rooms felt clean and comfortable, especially the bedding which contributed to a great night's sleep. The hotel features updated amenities, including a lovely pool area, although it could use more attention. While I appreciated the convenience of a full-service restaurant, the limited menu options at Copeland's might not cater to everyone. The noise from long-term guests with loud vehicles early in the morning was quite disruptive, which took away from the overall peaceful atmosphere I hoped for. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement in certain aspects.

However, the restroom in my room needed better attention to cleanliness, with hair found around the sink and an overall unclean shower area. Despite cleaning the toilet myself, the warm service made a return visit appealing.
